Katie Holmes looked fantastic with her curly hair and checked frock. She and Tom Cruise were attending the First Annual Essence Black Women of Hollywood event with Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith. Jada Pinkett-Smith was being recognized as one of Hollywood’s most versatile and gifted actresses.

I like Katie’s softer look. She doesn’t let the fact that her husband is a midget keep her from enjoying her Christian Laboutin heels.

She towers over him, but its really only an illusion. He’s much taller when he’s standing on his wallet.

You have to admit that the Kutcher - Moore - Willis family here looks pretty spiffy. They are all dressed to the nines in white and silver and variations thereof. Its pretty striking really. How do you like that I listed Kutcher first? We all know he’s not really the head of the family, but I thought I’d give him top billing just to make him feel better if he should read this.

I think Rumer Willis looks great here. I’ve said before, several times, that I think she gets a bad rap for her looks. I think the worst pictures of her get published, not to mention she was broadcast out there as an awkward pre-teen and early teen. She’s growing into her looks. Okay, she’s not the most beautiful girl out there, but she’s not nearly as bad as a lot of people say. Her jaw is … unfortunate. She has a fantastic figure, beautiful eyes and striking hair. Yeah, I tend to take up for the underdog and I know she’s not really an underdog, it just bugs me that people diss her so much. Anyway, she looks great here. So does Demi. I’m not into Ashton’s white suit. It makes me think of Saturday Night Fever. Hope they don’t have hepatitis!

I admit that I don’t get the fascination with Hayden Panettiere. I know most people think she’s adorable but I just see a a girl who looks like she’s going to be short and fat when she gets a little older. I don’t mean to be unkind … well … maybe I do. No, I don’t! I don’t want to be mean. I’m just saying she’s short and has that look about her that says she’s going to be the f-word later in life. Maybe she’ll absorb someone’s thin genes and be okay in the long run. Still, I just don’t get what the big deal is with her. I guess to each their own. I’m just saying …..

Nicole Kidman is proudly showing off her baby bump while she’s traveling in Japan. She’s about four months pregnant. She looked stunning in a classic silk gown and flowing strawberry hair. Its just ashame she can’t change her facial expression.

It looks like Gemma Atkinson has regained her curves after losing so much weight while she was doing the reality show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! last year. She’s also back with her soccer player boyfriend, Marcus Bent. They’ve been on and off, but are currently building a house together and from the looks of these pictures they are definitely back on again.

Jessica Alba is pictured here recreating horror movies for Latina Magazine. Apparently, her idea of looking scared is to open her mouth as wide as she can and put her hands up to her face. Well, I guess she doesn’t have the same expression on her face in ALL of the photos.

This may be too much cuteness, but you have to admit its cute. The youngest Beckham, Cruz Beckham who is three years old today, absolutely charmed the crowd at Madison Square Garden when the Spice Girls brought out their children during their concert. He may turn out to be a totally obnoxious teenager, but as a toddler its adorable that he stole the show during the concert breaking dancing his little heart out. He got a standing-O for his gig.
