Fox News is reporting that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are to be married this weekend in a secret ceremony at one of the Carlyle Hotels in the Bahamas.

Pop singer Lachey and his MTV star girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo will be married in a secret ceremony at one of the Carlyle Hotels in the Bahamas this weekend, a source told FOXNews.com’s Pop Tarts columnist Hollie McKay.

Minnillo’s entourage arrived at the dazzling digs Friday afternoon, the source said.

You have to admit that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are an adorable couple. Here they are enjoying a vacation at the beach.

Remember when everybody was talking about the hot tub naked vacation photos of Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo? They sued to keep them out of the tabloids. Well, I guess they got into the tabloids anyway. Or, it seems, people moved on to other interests so they had to release them to get people to remember Nick Lachey and Vannessa Minnilo.

Hazel, I know you’ve already written about this, but I couldn’t resist putting my two cents worth in.

As you know, according to TMZ, there’s a sex tape of Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo that’s so hot . . . well it not only includes a hot tub make-out session, but a hot tub sex session that supposedly would make Paris’ sex tape look a little tame. The tape was made by some Mexican photographers hiding in bushes, in a tree or somewhere unseen by Lachey and Minnillo. So Nick’s lawyer is threatening lawsuits to anyone who publishes the tape. I remember some of my own outdoor frolics in the not-so-distant past. I think most folks - at one time or another - have enjoyed some intimate moments out in nature. I’m sure glad there were no photographers around for my escapades! That’s the benefit of not being a celebrity, I guess.

For someone with the celebrity of Lachey and Minnillo, I agree with you, Hazel . . . GET A ROOM!

It seems Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo got very relaxed in a not-so-private jacuzzi at a private resort in Mexico and got their pictures taken by an ambitious Mexican photo agency. Now they are trying to stop the publication of the hardcore pictures through their attorney.

Photos of a heavy make-out session in said jacuzzi have already been published in this week’s Life & Style magazine. These photos only show part of the action that happened that day in Mexico.

According to TMZ, the rest of the pictures show a lot more than just making out. In fact, they report the rest of the photos are hardcore photos of the couple in several different sex positions in the jacuzzi.

The couple have hired Hollywood attorney Marty Singer and he has sent written notification to various publications that they will face a tremendous lawsuit if they publish the pictures.

Singer told TMZ the photographer was “outrageous and malicious,” adding, “The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos.”

Woah! That sounds serious. I’m sure the photographer thought he’d just earned his retirement money, but the Hollywood legal system seems to have stopped him dead in his tracks.

The lesson here is to …. get. a. room.
