Ellen BarkinEllen Barkin is still sexy, newly single, famous, rich and working on getting even richer. She is suing her ex-husband Ronald Perelman for $3.4 million. She says he promised her that money in exchange for her production company prior to their separation. He became partners with her and her brother George Barkin in 2005 in their production company Applehead Pictures.

Barkin was awarded $40 million in her divorce settlement from Perelman, who is a billionaire businessman. They divorced in 2006 after a seven year marriage. In spite of the $40 million, Barkin wants the rest of what he owes her. I guess the $3.4 million wasn’t included in the $40 million.

She says she’s asked hi for the money numerous times and he’s not made a single payment as per their agreement.

He says she agreed to give him proof the production company actually produced something and she hasn’t complied with that.

You’d think a billionaire businessman would have contracts and agreements written in legal stone. Bet he won’t make that mistake again.
