Awwwwwww ….. Jessica Simpson gave Tony Romo a birthday party for his 28th birthday and they were feeding each other blog birthday cake. Isn’t that just sickeningly adorable? I thought so.

She sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to Tony and everybody there said that they seemed so affectionate and that Tony was laughing at Jessica getting blue icing all over her. I bet he was laughing at her.

For whatever you say about Britney Spears parents, you have to admit the girl has gotten a lot better since her father started cracking the whip on her. She is doing a guest star appearance on next Monday’s How I Met Your Mother. They say she showed up on time, clean and prepared. They say she conducted herself professionally and did a good job. Maybe the beeach will get her act together yet.

I swear, every picture I’ve seen of the Federline kids since they’ve been taken out of the insanity that is Britney Spears‘ life, they look healthier, happier and cleaner. I don’t know why Jayden James was out with his bodyguard shopping - but doesn’t he look so much better. You can tell the kid feels more safe and secure and happier. It may be this guy and his nanny providing him with the security - who knows. I just know they are obviously better off without the midnight rides to Rite Aid with their crazy mother.

X17 Online provides photos of Britney’s first visit with her children since she held them captive in the bathroom precipitating her hospitalizations and hopefully recovery from whatever demons she’s struggling with. They also have a summery of the strict guidelines she has to abide by in order to see the boys. Obviously, her father accompanied her, probably supervising, the visit.

Seriously people, what is this woman doing out of the hospital??? Its actually hard to make fun of her because she’s so pitiful. Well, not really, but it sounded good to say that anyway.

It looks to me that post psychiatric care Britney Spears is one angry trashy nasty chick. Since she’s been out of psychiatric care she got feral at the mall because her credit card wouldn’t go through, threw her drink on a pile of expensive clothes, stole another shirt, cussed out a store clerk and that’s just what I can think of off the top of my head. Now she’s told the Grammys to kiss her ass.

Britney Spears isn’t likely to make a surprise appearance at tonight’s Grammy Awards.

When the troubled pop princess was asked if she had any intentions of attending tonight’s ceremony, the one-time Grammy winner yelled, “Kiss my a–!” at the awaiting paparazzi following a session at Millennium Dance Studios in North Hollywood Saturday.

The Toxic singer, 26, spent about two hours rehearsing at the dance studio Saturday.

Sporting ripped fishnet tights, her favorite brown boots and with her newly caramel hair in a knot on top of her head, Spears took two smoke breaks and spoke briefly in her now infamous British accent.

Her father Jamie checked up on her around 5:45 p.m.

The singer left solo in a chauffeured Escalade at 6:30 p.m.

If her attempt to make-over her life goes anything like the hair make-over she had done then we are in for a long ride.

Britney Spears mother has taken out a restraining order against Sam Lutfi. The document is 11 pages long and requires that Lutfi can not come with 250 yards of Spears, the hospital she is in, her homes, her children or any other family member. The entire document is below (from US Magazine)

I am the mother of Britney Spears (“Britney”)., who is the subject of this action. I have personal knowledge of each of the facts set forth in this Declaration, and can testify completely thereto, except as this matters stated on information and belief, and as to such matters I believe them to be true.

This past Monday night (Jan. 28), Britney’s father, Jamie, and I (in separate cars) went to Britney’s house in Beverly Hills because we had heard news reports that Britney had just been in a big fight with Sam Lufti aka Sam Lufti (“sam”), the man who has inserted himself into my daughter’s life, home and finances, and that she was crying. We were very concerned about her safety. We arrived at the Summit Community gatehouse in BHPO at approximately 10 p.m. I was with my friend Jackie.

The guards at the gatehouse stopped us there for awhile. Jackie, Jamie and I finally proceeded to Britney’s house and entered it. We were able to enter the house because it was not locked. Britney does not lock her doors and currently there are no security guards around her residence. Britney was not home. We found Sam, and sam said as we walked in the door that Britney only wanted me to come to the house, and that she was afraid to see her dad.

Two or three paparazzi came into the house and entered the kitchen. They greeted Sam. The paparazzi then reported to Sam where Britney currently was. From the conversation between Sam and the paparazzi I determined that sam had given Felipe (another paparazzi) one of Britney’s cars to get her out of the house when he heard that Jamie and I were on our way to see Britney. I also understood from the conversation that Sam disabled all of Britney’s cars. (she has several at her residence.)

Since Britney Spears is in the hospital her recently ex-BFF, the paparazzi, are missing her so they are following her parents around. Her mama, Lynne Spears, isn’t having it and reacts to one particularly intrusive videographer at UCLA Medical Center on Saturday. Then Brit’s daddy, Jamie Spears, comes to her rescue. At about 1.23 into the video the sound goes off, which is a shame because it looks like Jamie Spears is having a screaming fit about something to somebody.

Britney Spears‘ parents were in court again today and her father, Jamie Spears, was granted temporary conservatorship over Britney’s person and her property. That means he, in conjunction of her attorney, can get all the riff-raff out of Britney’s life … at least until she gets some control back for herself.

Maybe they can get that supposed ‘manager’ Sam Lufti to shut his mouth and quit selling Britney out every time he turns around. He sounds like he just hates to loose his meal ticket. I hope they will take care of her money and put it in some investments. I have actually worried about that since I found out she wasn’t putting away a dime. With her behavior she’ll be broke in a few years. I hope they’ll take care of that and get her on meds so she can function at a halfway decent level.

I really hope that Britney Spears gets the help she needs. The girl is obviously psychotic and needs some serious help. As much as we like having her antics to blog about, we have to admit she NEEDS help. Still, I can’t help but wonder who paid for the motorcade, helicopters, ambulance and police escort to take the little deranged harlot to the hospital. I hope it wasn’t my tax dollars.

Everybody is talking about Britney Spears finally being taking to the hospital. Hopefully she’ll stay long enough to get some help this time and get separated from all the leeches that have been using her mental illness to their own advantage. Yeah, I would love a new Mercedes - but there are some things that just go beyond human decency.
