Beyoncé and Jay-Z got married in New York in an uber secret private ceremony on Friday evening. They had a lavish, but private, reception afterward at Jay-Z’s New York apartment. The ceremony was just for family and friends. All the women were required to wear white and everyone was required to leave their cell phones with their chauffeurs. The most successful couple in the R&B and hip-hop world have been dating for six years. Its reported that they are crazy in love.

Beyoncé Knowles gave her fans in Shanghai a little extra for their money. Her skirt flipped up on stage revealing that she’s not a skimpy thong kinda girl. She’s wearing some figure control panties. Or maybe its giggle and wiggle control panties. That’s probably it.

Still, I think its refreshing that there’s a 20 something pop star out there that is wearing panties when she flashes the cameras. Bootylicious and curvaceous. Hey!

They LOVE Beyonce in Ethiopia! She started her world tour and got an unusually enthusiastic welcome from her audience in Ethiopia.

Some 5,000 adoring fans in Ethiopia _ a country normally unimpressed by Western music _ turned out to see Beyonce. In this country, even teens tend to be loyal to music in the national language, Amharic. But Beyonce got a hysterical welcome when she came onstage.

“I want to thank you,” the R&B star told the screaming crowd Saturday evening in return. “You have been one of the best audiences of my lifetime.”

In a country where many women wear simple white, cotton dresses, Beyonce wore costumes covered in sequins or shiny, space-age material, from a modern interpretation of a hula girl with shiny black tendrils replacing the grass skirt to a high-necked Victorian-style top paired with sequined hotpants.
