Rapper 50 Cent is being sued by his baby mama. Shaniqua Tompkins is his baby mama and former girlfriend. She and 50 Cent have a 10-year-old son together, Marquise. Ms. Tompkins is accusing 50 Cent of having her and his son evicted from their Long Island home.

Rapper 50 Cent is being sued for breach of contract by a former girlfriend who says he is trying to evict her and their 10-year-old son from their suburban New York home. Shaniqua Tompkins’ lawyer, Paul Catsandonisis, says 50 Cent promised until the completion of the deal to buy a 2.4 million-dollar house in Dix Hills for Ms Tompkins. He says the Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ star had the house put in his name alone. Ms Tompkins already receives child support from the rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson. The rapper’s lawyer was not immediately available for comment.

Paris Hilton hosted a pre-Super Bowl party for 944 magazine last night. 50 Cent was performing at the party and since he’s friends with Paris and she was hosting the party he gave her a shout-out. Paris took that as an invitation to get up and perform for the whole audience. She got into it and got up on the stage and started doing her thing. That’s what she does, after all.

As soon as she got on stage and started dancing, 50 Cent’s crew and stagehands started telling her to ‘get the f*ck off the stage’. She started crying and whining saying ‘But its MY party!’ Her people tried to keep anyone from getting a picture of her crying, but Page Six got the photo (above).

She grabbed her boobs and 50 Cent grabbed his crouch and every body is friends again.
