Welcome to Adeline and Hazel.

Why the name Adeline and Hazel? Good question. I actually have no idea. It just seemed like a good idea at the time. I enjoy blogging and like old fashioned names. So there you go.

This site has evolved since it first started a few months ago. It was originally started by two professional women who blog anonymously because, well, we are professional women and gossiping isn’t held in high regard in the circles we spend our real lives in. But its fun and life is way too serious to be taken all that seriously!

We started out blogging about a variety of topics that interested us, marriage, life, divorce, children, working, not working and of course, whatever celebrity gossip was going on at the time. As we progressed it became obvious that people were mostly interested in the celebrity gossip part AND frankly, its hard to write on all that stuff in one place.

So over time Adeline and Hazel has gradually become mostly about celebrity gossip and since that’s not particularly interesting to Adeline, she has moved on to other blogs about other things. It just didn’t sound right to change the name to Hazel. Dominating the internet is our goal, both here and other blogs throughout the blogoshere.
