Actress Heather Locklear was arrested in Santa Barbara, California yesterday. She was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. Drinking wasn’t involved, but its suspected she was under the influence of prescription drugs. Read about it below and see her mug shot and a sexy dancing video of her below.

A concerned citizen called the police in Santa Barbara after they saw Heather Locklear driving erratically. Apparently, she drove over a pair of sunglasses in a parking lot repeatedly. There’s no word on what she had against the sunglasses.

She parked her car in some weird way and was wandering around disoriented when the police arrived. They determined she was under the influence. She was arrested and released on $5,000 bond.

“Although obvious impairment was exhibited during the tests, alcohol was ruled out as a factor,” the CHP said in a statement. Locklear was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and taken to the Santa Barbara CHP office.

“She was evaluated by a drug recognition expert, who concluded Ms. Locklear was under the influence of a controlled substance, and could not safely operate a motor vehicle,” CHP said in a statement.

I’m sure in the coming days we’ll get more word on what was going on with Heather. Meanwhile, the important thing is, that she doesn’t look bad at all in her mug shot. She’s got a little mascara smugged under her eye and a vacant look in her eyes, but all in all, she looks great considering her make-up is basically gone and she’s out of it. Kudos to Heather Locklear for doing well in the celebrity mug shot category!

Burlesque Queen Dita Von Teese has been promoting her collaboration with Wonderbra, modeling the lingerie in London. Its retro, of course. We can’t imagine that Dita would do anything other than retro. The line she helped creaet is ‘à la retro’.

She admits the real retro bras and panties are not always the most comfortable, so she’s combined comfort with the look.

“I took all the best bits of the most beautiful vintage lingerie I have collected over the years to make this,” she said.

“But I made sure it was all really comfortable, too, which vintage lingerie can’t really claim to be.”

This can’t come as a surprise to anyone!

The Jolie-Pitts are replacing Tom Cruise and Jennifer Aniston in the powerful actors category. Oh the irony of that! The criteria for making this determination is from some calculations that take into account the amount of publicity, box office revenue and awards.

And if they took chemistry into account, the video below would leave no doubt. That’s some powerful hotness. No wonder they keep having kids.

Svetlana Pankratova and He Pingping came together in London for a Guinness World Record Book photoshoot. She’s been determined to have the world’s longest legs and he’s been determined to be the world’s smallest man. It was an interesting photoshoot, as you can see from the photos here.

She is a 36 year old Russian real estate agent living in Spain. She’s 6′ 4″ tall and 4′ 3.9″ of her height is in LONG legs. He is a 20 year old restaurant owner from Inner Mongolia who stands 2′ 5.37″. Checking out these photos, I kept expecting He to look up …. but apparently he only has eyes for his girlfriend back home.

Did romance bloom? No, they are both involved with others, but they looked like they were having a hell of a good time.

Svetlana Pankratova and He Pingping - Photos

The Changeling trailer has been released. Clint Eastwood directed the film starring Angelina Jolie. The film is based on the true story of Christine Collins, a Los Angeles mother whose search for her missing and murdered son lead to uncovering of Los Angeles Police Department corruption in a case that spanned from 1928 - 1930.

The movie is set for nationwide release on October 31st.

A couple of nights ago Tony Parker and Eva Longoria went out to dinner at Beso in Hollywood. They were photographed leaving the restaurant after dinner and it looked like Eva Longoria was letting her baby bump hang out.

She’s been denying that she’s pregnant, but she certainly looks pregnant here. Her face looks a little fuller and her tummy definitely looks fuller than her usual stick thin look. I have no idea why celebrities always deny they are pregnant right up until the day they give birth, practically. But she’s denying it and the people around her are denying it. I suppose she could be playing up the rumors and doing the baby bump for publicity - but I doubt it.

I just don’t know why the Secret Obsession ad is not acceptable for Americans. For whatever reason, its been decided that the ad in the video above is not okay and has been banned. Eva Mendes is rolling around on a bed in seductive poses and at one point you get a little peek of a nipple. I guess its the nip slip that gets it banned. Otherwise, its just her rolling around in sexy poses and seductively whispering things like “Between love and madness lies obsession. Love … madness. It’s my secret.”
