Its got everything from the lights and clamor to the history and dessert. Everything! The last time I was in Las Vegas we spent more time touring out in the wilderness than we did on the strip which was really different. Usually people associate Things to do in Las Vegas with the night life there. Well, that is definitely a big part of the attraction, of course. Since the city is right there in the middle of the dessert there are all sorts of attractions to experience that are just outside the city limits.

One of my favorite attractions in Las Vegas is the magnificent views in the dessert, like Fire Canyon and the other astonishingly colorful natural formations of the land just outside of Vegas. Also close by is the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, numerous opportunities to visit and learn about native culture and so much more. Its the strip and a whole lot more. The museum is amazing and full of unbelievably realistic works of art like the one pictured here.You can take a nature tour during the day and take in a show in the evening then spend the night in the casinos. You can pretty much do whatever you want and whatever makes for a perfect vacation for you.
