Yeah, okay, these are old pictures. They were taken in September 2005 at the wedding of Tom Parker Bowles and Sara Buys. The pictures have just now been made public for some reason and they don’t really mean anything except that the Prince doesn’t mind letting his hair down and having a good time. The blond is an Australian but otherwise is not identified.

The next issue of Vanity Fair gives a shout out to Alfred Hitchcock’s legendary career in film. They have some fantastic photos of the new Hollywood pretending to be old Hollywood and doing poses representing the films of Hitchcock. There’s Gwyneth Palthrow and Robert Downey, Jr. in To Catch a Thief; Renee Zellweger in Vertigo, Seth Rogan in North by Northwest, Charlize Theron in Dial M for Murder, and Scarlett Johansson and Javier Bardem in Rear Window.

They aren’t the originals, but they aren’t too bad.

Miley Cyrus shows up at the InStyle Grammy party looking quite a bit more than her just barely 15 years. She’s actually quite glamorous looking in these photos. I just hope that she won’t be fodder for our gossip in a few years. I hope we won’t be seeing her running around LA in a new Mercedes every few days with a new paparazzi boyfriends or anything like that. I mean, the girl can’t stay a darling child forever, but hopefully she’ll not get too grown up too soon. I just sayin’ …..

Who would have ever thought that Nicole Kidman could pull off a Marilyn Monroe tribute? I wouldn’t. They have different body types and really don’t look at all alike, but still, I think Nicole looks pretty hot in these photos. She really is pulling it off thanks to make-up, lighting, styling, and filters. Nicole is channeling Marilyn Monroe for the 10th anniversary issue of Harper’s Bazaar Australia (read about it here). She may be pregnant and her face might be tight but she’s looking good in these pictures.

In the interview she tells everybody how much Keith Urban completes her. Doesn’t she say something along those lines in every interview she does? Why does she have to keep telling us how happy her marriage is? It makes me wonder who she’s trying to convince.

If Amy Winehouse can stay clean and sober long enough, she’ll be writing and performing the new theme for Bond. Apparently it took a while to seal the deal because the powers that be were more than a little worried about whether or not she’d be sober and/or sane enough to do the job. Can’t imagine why that would worry them (/sarcasm). They did set up a caveat that they can pull out of the deal if she relapses between now and April.

I hope she can sober and more or less sane because I think she’d produce a great theme for the movie. She’ll be working on the theme for 007’s Quantum of Solace. I think it’d be great if she could actually perform the song in the movie. Unfortunately, she’d probably be pulling bumps out of her beehive and Lord only knows how many takes they’d have to do to get through the whole song without her ‘wiping’ her nose.

As you know, Paris Hilton received the Harvard University Lampoon’s Woman of the Year award. She arrived late but gave the students plenty of vamping to make up for it. She obviously had a captive audience and nobody ran her off the stage and made her cry. In fact, her big hands and nipples peeking out of the top of her dress were happy as they could be while she felt herself up and squeaked out karaoke while everyone snapped pictures and gawked at her. Its the next thing to heaven for Paris.

Adorable isn’t exactly what comes to my mind when I think of Tom Cruise, but that’s what Cher said about him on Good Morning America. The two had a secret romance back in the 1980s and she described him as “just the most adorable man you can imagine”. Well, that was 20 years ago, maybe he was more adorable and less crazy back then.
