Since Britney Spears is in the hospital her recently ex-BFF, the paparazzi, are missing her so they are following her parents around. Her mama, Lynne Spears, isn’t having it and reacts to one particularly intrusive videographer at UCLA Medical Center on Saturday. Then Brit’s daddy, Jamie Spears, comes to her rescue. At about 1.23 into the video the sound goes off, which is a shame because it looks like Jamie Spears is having a screaming fit about something to somebody.

Lindsay Lohan Goes to Traffic School

Lindsay Lohan

Here’s Lindsay Lohan and her really bad skin heading to her court mandated traffic school. That was part of her plea agreement for that DUI she got a while back. Not the bad skin, but going to traffic school. She needs to lay off whatever is doing that to her skin and get her some better skin care products. Seriously, that’s all I saw when I saw these pictures.

Chelsy Davy Can’t Quit Smoking

Chelsy Davy

Apparently, Chelsy Davy has been trying to quit smoking but so far hasn’t had any success at quitting. This story is proof positive that with pretty much everybody in Hollywood and London in rehab these days we are scraping the bottom of the barrel looking for celebrity gossip. Popwrecks can be very selfish like that.

She doesn’t look very royal in that photo, does she?

Kirsten Dunst is Not in a Good Place Right Now

Kirsten Dunst

Page Six is reporting that Kirsten Dunst may be on the verge of a nervous breakdown. People are talking about how she acted at the Sundance Film Festival. They said she ‘acted erratic’. She arrived late, left early from a party and her friends apologized for her behavior by saying, ‘Kirsten is not in a good place right now’.

I thought they were just talking about the fact that she was in Utah.

Britney Spears

Lynne Spears Jamie Spears

Britney Spears‘ parents were in court again today and her father, Jamie Spears, was granted temporary conservatorship over Britney’s person and her property. That means he, in conjunction of her attorney, can get all the riff-raff out of Britney’s life … at least until she gets some control back for herself.

Maybe they can get that supposed ‘manager’ Sam Lufti to shut his mouth and quit selling Britney out every time he turns around. He sounds like he just hates to loose his meal ticket. I hope they will take care of her money and put it in some investments. I have actually worried about that since I found out she wasn’t putting away a dime. With her behavior she’ll be broke in a few years. I hope they’ll take care of that and get her on meds so she can function at a halfway decent level.

Make Sure your Identity is Secure

Feb 1, 2008 Author: hazel | Filed under: The Goddess Speaks

I was surfing around the internet and ran across the website for lifelock. I have read a good bit about that company before. Apparently, they have been a successful upstart internet company that is very good at protecting the online identity of their customers. When I opened up their website, the first thing I saw was a picture of the CEO, Todd Davis, and his Social Security number. The SSN was HUGE and immediately below it is a statement that it is, indeed, his real Social Security Number. I would be tempted not to believe that had I not read about the company before on some very reputable websites. Since I’ve read that this is a reliable company I was definitely impressed when I saw that number sitting there at the top of the page.

What LifeLock does is protect your good name. They protect your online identity. We’ve all heard the horror stories of people who have had their credit card or social security numbers stolen. Its horrible. LifeLock helps you have more control over where, when, how and by whom that information is used. That take care of the nitty-gritty details to make sure that your rights to your own identity are protected. Those technical details are what keeps me from doing a lot of things for myself. Its time consuming and I just don’t have the technical know-how to do it. They only charge $10 a month and back up their work with a $1,000,000 service guarantee. So why get a headache trying to re-invent the wheel when there are already well respected experts out there that charge so little to do it for you?

I don’t want to write that I’ve never had an identity thief problem because I don’t want to jinx it. I have known people who have and I know enough to know that I don’t want to have to deal with that. I think checking in with LifeLock is definitely a good idea.

Paris Hilton cries 50 Cent

Paris Hilton hosted a pre-Super Bowl party for 944 magazine last night. 50 Cent was performing at the party and since he’s friends with Paris and she was hosting the party he gave her a shout-out. Paris took that as an invitation to get up and perform for the whole audience. She got into it and got up on the stage and started doing her thing. That’s what she does, after all.

As soon as she got on stage and started dancing, 50 Cent’s crew and stagehands started telling her to ‘get the f*ck off the stage’. She started crying and whining saying ‘But its MY party!’ Her people tried to keep anyone from getting a picture of her crying, but Page Six got the photo (above).

She grabbed her boobs and 50 Cent grabbed his crouch and every body is friends again.

Here’s some photos of her short dancing act on stage. That is one girl that REALLY loves herself ….

Jessica Alba shows off her baby bump for the first time at the Los Angeles premiere of her film The Eye. She and her fiance Cash Warren were all smiles for the cameras for a change. This time, at least, she wasn’t hiding and frowning at the paps.

Spice Girls

The Spice Girls are canceling the rest of their world tour even though they’ve only been touring for a couple of months. They haven’t gotten to any of the countries and/or continents on the other side of the equator. They’ve done some performances in the US, Canada, the UK and around Europe, but now they want to go home.

They put out a statement that says something to the effect that it has been just MARVELOUS to be together again and just MARVELOUS to be with all their MARVELOUS fans and they have gained such MARVELOUS memories from the whole thing and they just wish they could continue the entire MARVELOUS mess, but alas they can’t because they are just MARVELOUS. Or something along those lines.

Rumors are that Scary Spice (aka. Melanie Brown) wants to go home and take advantage of some of the opportunites that have come her way since her performances on Dance With the Stars. Then the other Mel said she didn’t want to do it any more either and it was hurting her solo career (solo career??? - who knew she had a solo career???).

Bottom line is this is just WAY too much work. They want to go home. Too bad if you were planning on going to see them. Buy a CD instead. They ain’t studying you!
