Russell Crowe is such a bad boy! I just love that about him. He gets into a fight at the drop of a hat.

• In 2005, Crowe was arrested after he threw a telephone at a New York hotel employee, with a witness claiming at the time that he took a bow and assumed a karate stance after the attack.
• A year earlier, Crowe admitted starting a fight with his bodyguard Mark “Spud” Carroll after he made an accusation about a conversation he was having with a female extra. Carroll denied reports that Crowe had allegedly bitten his ear, and the pair quickly made peace.
• At the 2002 Bafta Awards Crowe admitted to being “abusive” and “behaving unreasonably” towards a TV producer who cut short his recital of a poem after winning the best actor award for A Beautiful Mind.
• In November the same year, he was spoken to by police following an alleged brawl with a New Zealand businessman in an upmarket London restaurant.

So everybody is wondering if he’s been in another fight since he’s got that big ol’ bandage on his hand. Thing is, he just wrapped up shooting his latest movie, State of Play, so its probably just a prop from the movie.

Blog Ranks are a big deal in the world of blogging. Most of us want to know how our blogs stack up compared to other blogs. In the past we have depended on programs like Google page ranks and Alexa to determine how our blogs fit into the big scheme of things. There are several reasons we want to know, but one of the primary reasons is that our blog rank determines the value our blog has to advertisers.

As I’m sure you already know, recently there has been an upheaval in the Google page ranks. Several things happened that precipitated these changes. One of those things is that a lot of people had found ways to work around the system to artificially boost their rankings. As a result of that, we have seen some major changes in the algorithms of Google, Alexa, Technorati and probably others as well. In simple language they have basically closed some loopholes so that the systems aren’t as easily manipulated. Still, to say that they aren’t accurate rating systems is an understatement.

There is a new ranking system that has been launched that is based purely on your blogs true ranking as compared to other blogs. IzeaRanks takes into account traffic and the actual popularity of your blog. It is updated daily so that you can keep track of trends and see how your blog is ranking compared to the other blogs in the IzeaRank system. It is truly your blogs RealRank! They use a piece of javascript to collect and report the ranking of your actual blog traffic. There are buttons that you can use, if you choose to, to display page views and visitors or that display only your RealRank. The Adeline and Hazel RealRank today is 35.

IzeaRank has really taken off since it was launch recently. Bloggers are finding it very useful. The site is well organized. Its easy to get a good feel for where your blog stands compared to other blogs or if you just want to browse through the top blogs to see what it is that people are interested in. The screen shots are nicely done and make it easy to browse through the blogs in the IzeaRank system.

Oh, and during February, while they are building their database, they are giving away $1,000 each week to the #1 ranked blog in the RealRank system. THAT is some incentive! Its easy to sign up and get into the system. So what are you waiting for?

Well, at least she offered to flash her breasts, but I bet she doesn’t do it. All talk and no action. She may let you down, but I won’t. As a consolation prize I’m posting these photos of her in a bikini playing around in the surf. Sorry, but that’s the best we can do cause she backed out of her promise. Sheesh!

The Happening is the latest film written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan. This is a thriller starring Mark Wahlberg and Zooey Deschanel as well as John Leguizamo and Spencer Breslin. The movie is set to open on June 13th 2008. Other films by M. Night Shyamalan include, Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Signs, The Village and Lady in the Water. So this could be promising! The trailer definitely makes it look good.

Stuart Townsend leads long-time girlfriend Charize Theron out of Taverna Tony’s in Malibu. Charize looks like she’s avoiding the paparazzi. Maybe its because she forgot to put on any make-up that night.

Hilary Duff wrapped her tour in Australia this past weekend. She and her uber-sexy outfits are packing up and heading home. I thought you might like one last look at her and her legs performing …..

Nicole Kidman is only three months pregnant, but she’s wearing it like a badge of honor. She’s proudly displaying her baby bump. That’s a nice change of pace from so many other celebrities who try to hide the fact they are pregnant till the baby is ready to get their drivers licenses.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie showed up for the Santa Barbara Film Festival Saturday night, February 2nd. She received an award for Outstanding Performance of the Year for her work in A Mighty Heart. She was presented the award by Clint Eastwood, her director in The Changeling. When she was accepting the award she talked about what a great guy Clint Eastwood is.

Angelina and Brad also exacerbated rumors that she’s pregnant by making goo-goo eyes at each other (see pictures below) and with her choice of a loose fitting black blouse and floor-length skirt for the evening.
