Great Ocean RoadI SO want to go to Australia! Its on the other side of the world from me and I’ve never been. Of course, the fact that its on the other side of the world is part of the attraction. But doesn’t it look like a great place to go? It’ll take several trips to see everything I want to see there. Considering the length of a flight to Australia I think each trip should be no less than two weeks.

One of the must see places will be The Great Ocean Road. I hear it is one of the most beautiful places on earth. It is certainly one of the most beautiful drives in Australia, if not THE most beautiful. The stay in Australia starts in Melbourne for four days which is about the time I’d need to get over jet lag. Then you will have a car in which you can take on the astonishing beauty of the Great Ocean Road. You have a night at Phillip Island, Yarra Valley, Apollo Bay, Port Fairy, Coonawarra, Kangaroo Island for two nights and finally to Adelaide for three nights. The total is fourteen nights in 3 and 4 star accommodations, seven nights of car rentals, three breakfasts, flights and airport transfers. All of that is included in the price for arranging the trip.

That will take care of the first trip. After that there is Sydney, Heron Island and traveling throughout the country. I can see it’ll take several trips. Its a wonderful place to go when its winter here in the northern hemisphere!
