It looks like its on its way to being the latest celebrity diet. I just learned about this recently and I have to tell you it sounds just perfect for someone like me. Grazing is my thing and that’s what this diet is about.

By doing that you meet your daily dietary needs and stave off hunger and cravings. We all know that small frequent meals are much healthier than stuffing yourself in one big meal. The lunch box helps us do just that so that we aren’t starving at the end of the day and end up eating too much of the wrong things at the worst time of the day.

I can see how this could be a realistic alternative for people who have difficulty sticking to a specific diet.
