Is Elisha trying to drag Paris out of sight? Or is she trying to pull away from Paris?

Elisha Cuthbert is caught hanging with Paris Hilton. It looks to me like she’s trying to drag Paris out of the line of paparazzi and then is trying to hide behind Paris. Paris doesn’t look too happy. I’m thinking maybe Elisha tried to hide and it made Paris sad that she didn’t get more time in front of the photogs.
