Gwyneth Paltrow enjoys a playful afternoon with her children Apple and Moses in a local park in Barcelona, Spain.

The Oscar-winning beauty is currently in Spain filming the upcoming TV documentary series “Spain: On the Road Again,” in which she’ll explore the country’s food, art, music, fashion, and nightlife.

Once she spots the photographers, the extremely private Paltrow packs up the kids and heads home.

DWTS Week 5

Not much to report on for Week 5 – Samba Week. Oh yeah . . . except for THAT!!!! Perhaps you caught me passing out at the end of my dance on one of the million TV reports this week. You know, its one thing to have a moment so embarrassing . . . but to experience it in front of 25 million people? Now THAT’S embarrassing! Looking on the bright side of this week, what else could happen? The worst already has! (smiles)

I want to assure everyone that I am fine. I’ve had these fainting spells from time to time. I’ve been to many, many doctors to make sure it wasn’t something that I should be concerned with. They’ve decided that sometimes when I get nervous or have a lot on my plate (hmmmm – seems like this week would qualify) I forget to “breathe” and literally pass out. How dumb is that?? Besides that – you saw my costume for the Samba . . . I don’t think I forgot to breathe so much as I COULDN’T breathe! It’s amazing that so little fabric can put such a vice-grip hold on you!

I want to thank everyone at the show for being so kind and understanding. I just kept apologizing to everyone backstage for ruining their show because I was so embarrassed. They couldn’t have been nicer about it. Tom Bergeron joked with me after the show saying, “You just reacted how most of America feels like reacting when Len starts pontificating with his responses!” Too funny! I especially want to thank my dance partner, Jonathan. He was so calm under pressure and kept assuring me that things could be worse. Of course – he couldn’t come up with anything that would actually be worse – but he thinks there’s got to be something! I am so lucky to have him as a partner. He had to face all of the press alone that night as I wasn’t feeling up to talking to everyone. He is a true gentleman and really was my knight in shining armor that night. Thank you, Jonathan.

And thanks to all of you for voting for me despite my low scores. I don’t know which dropped faster . . . ME or MY SCORES! UGH! I promise you – I’m going for a much less dramatic ending to my dance this coming week! Thanks for keeping me dancing. I think?! (smiles)

What is it about Russian women dating online? What are they looking for? Most people are pretty suspicious of their motives in looking for foreign husbands but they say that’s not what its about. There are many Russian women who are beautiful, educated, have careers and are looking for husbands who share the same values and work ethic.

According to Lovers Planet many Russian women find their male Russian counterparts don’t make good husbands. Many Russian women complain that the men in their culture are too laid back and don’t work hard enough to provide for the family - a throw-back to their socialist past. On the other hand, they like the strong work-ethic of American men and find that very appealing.

Russian women dating American men see their workaholic nature as being family oriented - exactly the opposite of how American women tend to see it. Russian women see the man as working to provide for his family as meaning he is focused on his families while American women tend to see it as him ignoring his family. They view the role of both genders as being important to the well-being of the family.

Interestingly, this difference seems to be one of the major contributing factors to the remarkably low divorce rates (6%) of marriages between Russian women and American men.

Ryan Reynolds celebrated his birthday with his lady-love of the moment, Scarlett Johansson. What is a girl to do when she absolutely must give her boy-toy something unique and something that is more than just another little piece of her heart?

Leave it to Scarlett to come up with something no one else would ever think of. A piece of herself! Scarlett had her wisdom teeth removed recently so it was perfect timing. She had one dipped in gold and strung on a gold necklace. Perfect! Now Ryan can wear Scarlett’s gold-dipped wisdom tooth around his neck.

Now what will Ryan give Scarlett for her November birthday? We don’t even want to think of what piece of him she might get.

There’s a new search engine that is really awesome. It helps you find people and information. Spock.com is primarily a people search. You can do searches for people by name or put in other attributes for a search, such as what college they went to, what area of the country they live in, their profession and just about anything you can think of to put into the search engine.

I did a search for Princess Diana of Wales. The results included pictures, a profile, news stories, and tags for associations such as ‘British Monarchy’, ‘Charles, Prince of Wales’ and many more. It also included other websites that information about Princess Diana can be found. Of course, a search for someone famous like Princess Diana is going to yield a lot of results for other websites with information. Hers included Wikipedia, Blogspot, news.bbc.co.uk, documentary-film.net, remembered-forever.org, theroyalist.net … and many more. In doing that search, I found Princess Diana’s predecessors. There have been other Lady Dianas in the history of Britain. You can get the results in a pretty much standard list or in a grid view.

You can look-up anyone, of course. It doesn’t have to be a famous princess. If you want, you can use the people search to find a real estate agent in any area or a lawn care company. You can actually keep up with the daily news on Britney if you feel the need to do that. Just like any search engine, you will find results for whatever you are looking for.

Okay, here comes the really cool parts. Spock is user oriented so that registered users can contribute to the searches. You can add tags or make contributions to the information that will be displayed in a search as long as you follow the community guidelines that are clearly spelled out on their website. You can add a browser search bar and my favorite is their search widget.

You can display the Spock widget as either a grid or with a flash display, like the one below. Its really a pretty cool search engine.

Jessica Biel went to yoga class on Wednesday and was just NOT in the mood to be messed with. First, she took out her umbrella to shield herself from getting photographed by the paparazzi. Then she cussed them out and told them to get real jobs and quit stalking people. Finally, she hit one with her umbrella.

All in all, I’d say she had a good day. But who would have thought she’d go Britney all over them!

I’m thinking that maybe the reason Katie Holmes is standing there in such an odd stance is because her dress is about to fall off. Is that dress just horrible or what? I mean, aside form the fact that it looks like its several sizes too big and there is absolutely NOTHING holding it onto her body, the dress makes her look huge. It looks like something out of a 1950s prom night. Carrie, maybe?

Then again, it could be whatever she’s on that has her standing like she’s barely standing with that out-of-focus look in her eyes. Its like she’s thinking - help me. help me. I can’t say for sure though, of course. I’m just guessing.

Wait a minute. I’m supposed to tell you where they are and what they are doing. They are somewhere having their pictures taken. Oh yeah, I remember, they’re at the Berlin premiere of Lions for Lambs.
