I agree. She has makeup on, and they are retards for suggesting otherwise.
She is a billionaire now. She can afford to look better. I think it’s all the good food she’s eating, and no longer having financial hardships.

I think they are right in their assumption.
From the shape of her nose (it’s been slightly refined) and her eyelids (drooping cannot be corrected by makeup alone!) and even her chin - which appears to be slightly more pronounced.
These are telltale signs of major surgery - possible anesthesia involved.
Other stuff, which would be botox for those wrinkles on the forehead, laser resurfacing for the blotchy skin, and yes, better makeup are very evident.
