Lindsay Lohan has been busted for drunk driving again - and for possession of cocaine. Apparently rehab and an alcohol detection anklet weren’t enough of a deterrent to keep her clean. Here’s the story from MSNBC.com.

SANTA MONICA, Calif. - Lindsay Lohan was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Santa Monica, Calif., early Tuesday morning. The arrest comes a week after the 21-year-old actress checked out of an alcohol treatment center.

Santa Monica police Sgt. Robert Hernandez says Lohan was behind the wheel of a vehicle pulled over just after 2 a.m. on Main Street near the Civic Center in Santa Monica. According to police, she was chasing another car when she was pulled over.

Officers determined she had been drinking and she was arrested for drunken driving and driving with a suspended license. During booking, cocaine was found in her pants pocket.

According to KNBC, Lohan refused to take a Breathalyzer test at the scene but failed a field sobriety test. She reportedly did agree to take the Breathalyzer exam at the Santa Monica police station, which registered a .12. The legal limit in California is 0.08.

Lohan was released on $25,000 bail. According to police, she will be arraigned on Aug. 23.

The actress recently spent more than a month at Promises rehabilitation facility in Malibu and she’s already facing a drunken driving charge in Beverly Hills.

Lohan agreed to wear an alcohol-detecting anklet upon her release from the Promises treatment center in Malibu, but it was unclear if that played a role in the traffic stop.

Poor little rich girl or out of control freak? You call it. I say, if you want to kill yourself with drugs and alcohol - go for it. But stay the hell away from driving a car and endangering others while you do it.

What is Prince Charles looking at? What’s he doing with his hands? Does this have something to do with Princely Privilege?

After months of feuding with Clive Davis, President of RCA Records, Kelly Clarkson is apologizing and making an attempt to play nice. It looks a little like damage control to me.

“I want to set the record straight on this by saying that I want my band, my advisors, those close to me and my record label to be one big, tightly knit family,” the 25-year-old singer said Monday in a statement posted on her Web site.

“Like any family we will disagree and argue sometimes but, in the end, it’s respect and admiration that will keep us together.”

“A lot has been made in the press about my relationship with Clive,” the former “American Idol” said in her statement. “Much of this has been blown way out of proportion and out of context.”

“Contrary to recent characterizations in the press, I’m well aware that Clive is one of the great record men of all time,” her statement said. “He has been a key advisor and has been an important force in my success to date.”

“I really regret how this has turned out and I apologize to those whom I have done disservice,” she said. “I would never intentionally hurt anyone. I love music, and I love the people I am blessed to work with.”

I guess it’s pretty obvious who won that pissing contest.

This past Saturday night Kim Kardashian walked the red carpet at a benefit for the Nicole Brown Foundation. Woah! That makes me cringe and I wasn’t even there to see it!

The thing is, Kim’s daddy is Robert Kardashian. Robert Kardashian was one of the attorneys on O.J. Simpson’s ‘Dream Team’ defense team that got him acquitted for the murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman. Simpson pretty nearly decapitated Nicole and has declared to the world that he’s continuing to search for her real killer. He’s not found the ‘real killer’ after all this time, but he did write a book on how he’d have killed them if he’d killed them.

I wonder how Kim was received at the benefit in the name of the murder victim of the man her father helped get away with murder?

It seems just … inappropriate for her to have used that opportunity for a photo op. But then, she didn’t seem to care as long as she looked good … right?

I was just reading the most bizarre story at TMZ.com. It seems that Brittney Spears had a meltdown during a photo shoot that she requested. Just read the crazy things she did!

Britney’s Disastrous Photo Shoot
TMZ has learned that Britney’s self-arranged photo shoot and interview with OK! Magazine was a complete disaster. We’re told that the photos are so bad, execs at the magazine are, at this moment, trying to decide whether to report what actually happened — or sanitize the truth to protect the pop trainwreck.

According to multiple sources, Britney’s behavior during the interview was “nothing less than a meltdown.” She was, according to our sources, “completely out of it” during the shoot. The photos are “so bad” we’ve learned, that to publish them could “kill her career.” Apparently, Brit Brit’s eyes rolled back in her head at one point, causing her to look half dead. Her mood, we’re told, was extremely erratic. She took frequent bathroom breaks our source says, and each time she returned her mood would change. She was also completely paranoid during the entire interview, fearing at one point the ceiling was about to cave in on her. Out of control y’all!

We’ve also learned that Brit had some issues with hygiene on the set as well. At one point, Britney ordered up some fried chicken to munch on. We’re told after she chowed down, she wiped her hands on a several thousand dollar Gucci dress that she was wearing for the shoot, staining it with grease. Yuck! One of her dogs also needed some assistance in the housebreaking department. Our on-set spy says that the dog pooped all over the floor, and Brit used (what else?) — a Chanel dress to clean it up! How trashtastic! As for how Brit looked for the photos, another nightmare. We’ve learned that OK! hired two of the best hair and makeup artists in L.A. to transform the once-bald beauty into something more presentable, but she wasn’t havin’ none of that. She refused to let the hired help touch her, opting instead for her “skanky friends” to do her hair and makeup. No wonder she always looks so fantastic!

Lindsay Lohan may or may not be sober at last, at least for the moment, but she isn’t beyond still throwing fuel on her bad girl image. Apparently, she amused herself while she was in rehab by walking around completely naked to get a reaction for the staff and other patients. I bet she DID get a reaction.

It’s reported that she was overheard bragging about her naked exploits while she was at Allegra Versace’s birthday party.

National Inquirer is reporting that she was huddled with a group of friends telling them all about it.

“Lindsay was howling with laughter as she told all her friends, including Bruce Willis’ daughter Rumer. They were all giggling too and their eyes were popping out.

“Lindsay said, ‘I drove them all mad wandering around completely naked. They kept telling me to quit, but it was so much fun to tease all those boys. I just couldn’t stop it!’ “

Considering the 21-year-old starlet doesn’t seem to have a moments concern about walking around naked, it’s a little surprising that she’s so bent out of shape about some nude photos her on again - off again lover Calum Best took that were hacked from her computer. And why should she? She looks great. She told her attorneys to make sure the photos never are made public for fear it would ruin her career. RUIN HER CAREER??? She’s made a career out of being a ‘bad girl’. WhatEVAH!

Actually, I do understand being pissed off someone hacked into her computer. Besides, that means she won’t get royalties from the photos. She left a message on her website:

“All I know is that someone broke into my computer and left a file on my desktop saying they had the pictures Calum took of me naked. My lawyer knows about it.

“If I ever find out who broke into my computer, he is in big s**t.”
