You’ve come to the right place.

It’s now being reported that Paris’ grandfather is NOT disinheriting her.
I know. It’s confusing!
Most of the reports I read referred to Paris’ grandfather, Barron Hilton. However, several referred to her great-grandfather, Conrad Hilton as the one who disinherited his great-grandchildren. The general idea was that Conrad (hope he doesn’t mind me calling him Conrad), didn’t like the idea of his progeny getting all that money and not having to work for it like he did so he cut them off. He was especially embarrassed by Paris’ antics and that was the last straw.
Now that that news is all over the internet, her grandfather, Barron (hope he doesn’t mind me calling him Barron - it just makes it easier to differentiate between who is who), is saying the reports are inaccurate.
Sydney’s Daily Telegraph newspaper reported that the Barron Hilton, the last remaining Hilton with a large share in the hotel chain, was so humiliated by her wild ways and drink-driving charge that he cut her inheritance by $60 million. However, Barron believes he has been misrepresented.
“Barron Hilton (Paris’s grandfather) was contacted and said the characterization of his feelings towards Paris or his will are inaccurate,” a spokesperson for the hotel heiress told FOXNews.com.
While no comment was made regarding whether his will has been changed, a spokesperson for the “Simple Life” sensation said Paris’s relationship with her grandfather remains strong.
“Paris said that when she was in jail she had a lot of time to reflect on what’s important,” added the rep. “She intends to devote more of her time to charity work and helping those in need and that is what she has been doing.”
She actually has laid a little lower since she’s been released from prison. Laying low may not have been a good choice of words. How about, she hasn’t been revealing herself as much in public … no, that’s not right either. She has been as exposed to the media … geezzz this is hard. Whoops, messup again. Let’s just say, she’s been a little more subdued since her time in the big house.
Actually, she could do a lot for her image and the image of the Hilton clan, not to mention actually contribute to the world in a positive way, if she does mature into a philanthropist. She could use her celebrity and her fortune to make a real difference in the world.
I truly hope she does chose that path.
Either way, she won’t be flipping hamburgers to make ends meet. Unless, of course, it’s on an episode of ‘The Simple Life’.

Good posts, only question is this….”When will these celebrities understand consequence?”
Paris Hilton Loses Inheritance Again!…
Paris Hilton is getting her inherited fortune reduced again - or not. You may remember that her grandfather Barron Hilton disinherited the whole bunch of Hiltons out of disgust over their behavior - then it turned out they weren’t completely dis…
I love it. It’s about time a celebrity’s actions has repercussions. I’ve always wondered how her family elders felt about all the embarrasment that she has brought to the Hilton name. Since she influences so many young girls, maybe they will get the message that their actions will eventually have consequences. The icing on the cake is that the money will go to charity as long as she can’t still get her hands on it later.
