She’s been picked on so much over the past week that she couldn’t remember the words to her songs and broke down in tears at a concert in Grand Rapids, Michigan yesterday. All of this because she gained a little weight and her boyfriend, Tony Romo, missed his plane and wasn’t in the audience.

Okay, Romo not being there might have just been the last straw, but it was sad anyway. Her friends, family, ex-husband and Jenny Craig are coming to her defense. Everybody wants everybody to lay off Jessica and her weight.

Evan Rachel Wood wants to set the record straight. She is NOT dating Mickey Rourke. She played Rourke’s daughter in his movie, The Wrestler. Since then, there have been rumors that the two were an item. In fact, there were rumors they they were spotted in a lip lock at the SAG awards last week and that she went up to his room with him.

She contacted Rolling Stone to make sure everyone knew that none of that was true and furthermore she feels very disrespected.

“I’m upset because I feel disrespected by the press and by Mr. Rourke,” she told us. “Just because I’m single doesn’t mean that you can take advantage of me. It’s unfair that the performances might suffer because of all of these distractions.”

And regarding her alleged affair with Mr. Rourke, Wood says, “I’m not attracted to him, he’s too old for me. Nothing ever happened and nothing ever will.”

I’m not sure how Mickey Rourke has disrespected her, but we’ll have to take her word for that. I can understand how she feels. I mean, he’s like 35 years older than her and just played her father in The Wrestler. That’s like movie incestuous! Not to mention just a little bit creepy.

But in everybody’s defense, she has been dating Marilyn Manson for a while. So who can blame people for thinking she might be dating her movie daddy.

I’m sure you’ve all heard about the banned PETA superbowl ad, Veggie Love. NBC said the add was just to sexually explicit for their standards. HAHAHAHAHAHA. Sorry, I didn’t mean to laugh. Anyway, NBC has saved PETA a ton of money cause they banned the ad and now everybody is posting the ad on blogs for free. Everybody wants to see what these women are doing with those veggies that was so hot NBC wouldn’t air it!

PETA promoted that ad as ‘Studies Show Vegetarians Have Better Sex - Go Veg.’. You can see their ad on their website. I must have missed something cause I’ve seen much more sexually explicit ads during the superbowl. But maybe that’s just me. Or maybe it was a marketing ploy all along.

Melody Morales

Melody Morales is a 21-year-old who is suing Hawaiian Tropic Zone in New York City for ‘racism. She’s a former Hooters Girl who claims that the managers at the Times Square restaurant refused to hire her because she was ‘too ghetto’.

She claims in her law suit that she went to the restaurant with her mother to apply for a job and was told that, ‘You don’t speak white’. She said that the manager went on to say, ‘I am not going to ruin my business with your Latin accent.’ She returned a few months later to apply again and was told by another manager, “We will not hire you because you have a speech problem,” and “You have a Latin accent.”

She points out that it couldn’t have been her body that was the problem. “Not to brag, but I look good in a bikini,” Morales said Tuesday. “I could have done a perfect job there.” Her lawyer agrees, According to Morales’ lawyer, “Melody certainly has the assets for this job.”

Hawaiian Tropic Zone, of course, says the suit is baseless. However, they are currently facing a $600 million federal suit from four former female workers accusing an ex-boss of sickening sexual antics.

Bristol Palin gave birth to a baby boy over the weekend. Weighing in at 7 lbs 4 oz., Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston made his debut in Palmer, Alaska to his 18 year old parents, Bristol and her fiancée, Levi Johnston.

Palin and Johnston plan to marry next year. Levi has dropped out of school and has begun work as an apprentice electrician. Bristol is finishing up her high school diploma via an online correspondence program.

Bristol’s great-aunt, Colleen Jones reported, ‘We think it’s wonderful. The baby is fine and Bristol is doing well. Everyone is excited.’

Laura Elena Zuniga Huizar is a Mexican model and beauty queen who was arrested just before Christmas on charges of illegal drug and weapons trafficking. Read about it below and see photos and a video.

Laura Elena Zúñiga Huizer is 23-years-old and was crowned Miss Sinaloa Hispanic America 2008 and was scheduled to compete for the title of Miss Mexico International 2009. She and seven others were arrested while going through a Mexican army and police check point in Western Mexico. The seven she was arrested with are known as the Juarez Cartel.

When the SUV caravan was searched, the police came up with a cache of weapons and about $53,000 in cash. Zúñiga Huizer claimed they were on their way to Bolivia and Columbia for a shopping trip. She had told her father she was going to a Christmas party. She is from the State of Sinaloa, Mexico, home of one of the most powerful drug cartels in Mexico.
